Below are copies of the Packing Lists (summaries of the Shipping Manifests) of all the goods which have been sent by the Project Team to Malawi since 2004.
Shipping goods in containers to Malawi takes, on average, ten weeks. The costs are borne by the Lord Provost's Malawi Fund.

In November, 2006, 42 desktop computers were sent by air to the College of Health Sciences, Lilongwe, Malawi. The transportation costs were borne by the Scottish Executive.
In February, 2007, assistance was given to a charity group known as "Gorsilaure" in sending a forty foot container to the Democratic Republic of Congo. The cost of the transport was funded by the charity.
In 2008, two refuse collection vehicles were sent to Lilongwe in connection with a proposed pilot waste management project.
In 2014, two refuse collection vehicle were sent to Lilongwe. These were to fill a gap which had been created by the first two vehicles having become defective and beyond repair.
Packing List 7 was in respect of the shipment which was made to Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar in November 2006.
