I am Raymond Nkonya, Management Information Systems Officer for Dedza District Council in Malawi one of the beneficiaries of IT equipment, IT accessories and skills and not forgetting human resource hours offered freely by your members of staff who visit us.
The main purpose of writing is to express my profound gratitude for the good things you are doing for us in particular to the IT department which I head. We thank you very much for that. As you know, the computers you donated to us last year were given and installed at four different secondary schools besides a computer training centre for the youth in the District. This year's computer hay been installed in the Town Council Library and fourgovernment offices.
The donation has really alleviated the shortage of computer pieces in the district though a number of schools still need help like what has been gin to other schools. I strongly hope you will continue helping us in the field of ICT as you have been doing. We hay also a number of offices which need to be networked.
The other critical thing is human resource capacity gap in the same field of ICT. For example, I wish had more time with Sammy or Julie on issues related to IT so that I can gain more knowledge from them on their vast experience and knowhow of computers. The courses would be Server Administration, Network Administration, General Computer maintenance and System Administration. If possible may I have an opportunity being exposed to these courses through you.
Once again, I would to say thank you.

Ray Nkonya,
Management Information Systems Officer,
Dedza District Council
